Laura Sheriff connected with Brenda's son, David Staton, on Face Book.  He told her his Mother had passed, October 5th, 2010.  Her husband, Johnny Staton, also attended Grady for a short time and was older than our class.  Brenda lived with her Mother in an Apartment next door to the LA Fire Department, N. Highland Avenue when she attended Grady.  

she is survived by her husband, Johnny Staton, and three sons.
